Meet
our Staff
Dan
Gibson is our Intake Coordinator, Case Manager for
the Intensive Outpatient Program and one of our Intervention Specialists.
He has been working in the field of chemical dependency for the
past seven years. His experience includes working in a residential
treatment facility.
I
cannot say enough [about Dan]. He enabled me to give myself a chance
which is what I wanted and needed. 2005 IOP Graduate
Bonnie
Kinley is Clinical Director, an Intervention Specialist,
and Case Manager for the Day Treatment Program. With over 20 years
experience in the recovery community and prior employment history
working in the field of health education, she combines both to bring
a fresh approach to treatment.
Bonnie
is a true blessingher wisdom and direction were very helpful.

Kathy
Klinkefus has a background working in the field of child
development, special education, dual diagnosis and post traumatic
stress disorder. As one of the Day Treatment counselors and the
After Care Coordinator, her prior experience and education in the
field of substance abuse prove invaluable in assisting clients in
meeting their treatment goals.
Terry
McBeth has been working in the field of recovery for six
years. She completed the Relapse Prevention Treatment program with
Terrence T. Gorski and is currently the Case Manager for the Relapse
Prevention Therapy Group. Her past experience includes working with
adolescents, adults and their families, facilitating DUI groups,
and is the past Case Manager for IOP. The mother of four, she has
a passion for the arts, the beach and assisting clients in finding
a new way of life.

Elise
Nunes is our Housing Coordinator/Administrative
Assistant, handling financial agreements, housing intakes and appointment
scheduling. She has over nine years experience in the recovery community
and feels a great deal of satisfaction in assisting clients transition
into a healthier, more positive lifestyle.
Elise
is a wonderful asset to the entire program 2006 Graduate
Sarah
Reinhard, our Business Manager, oversees the day-to-day
operation of the agency interfacing with the courts and county programs.
Holding a degree in sociology and criminal justice, her previous
experience includes working with juvenile offenders and electronic
monitoring.
Stephanie
Walsh is one of our Administrative Assistants. Her administrative
duties include database management, statistical analysis and collections.
She has several years' experience in the health and human services
fields, and is currently working towards her Masters in Counseling
Psychology. She is also a certified Yoga instructor.
Ray
Plamondon, our Executive Director, took over ownership of
Sobriety Works in 1998. He has dedicated the last twenty years to
serving persons with chemical dependency problems. He is passionate
in his philosophy that clients are best served by treatment. He
has been a strong advocate for clients within the judicial system
and has developed the Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) Program.
